We have a 30-day refund policy and do not offer extensions on the return period.

Returns will only be accepted if the product/products are unused, in the original packaging and all accessories included.

We aim to process all refunds within 5 business days of receiving return item(s), but during busy periods please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed. 

Instead of offering exchanges, please return any shoes that don’t fit and place a new order for the correct size.
