We have a 30-day refund policy and do not offer extensions on the return period.

Returns will only be accepted if the product/products are unused and in the original packaging.

We aim to process all refunds within 5 business days of receiving return item(s), but during busy periods
please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed. 

We cannot offer exchanges on your products – but all accepted returns will be refunded.

All returns are processed by our fulfillment partner Rapid Pack.
