After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 3 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Note that the lead time to pick & pack an order is different from shipping time.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Most orders are shipped within a week but orders can take up to 14 days to ship due to natural disasters or high-volume orders due to holidays.

International Shipping
At the moment, we only ship within the UK.
If you live outside the UK and would still like to order, many customers successfully use a parcel forwarding service. These companies provide you with a UK delivery address and then forward your order to your home country. This method also works with our USA and Canadian websites.
We've had good experiences with Forward2Me, although they are completely independent from Birchbury UK.
Simply create an account with your chosen forwarding company, use the UK delivery address they provide when placing your order, and they'll handle the international delivery.
UK VAT
VAT is currently not collected on any orders.
Import duties or taxes
You might owe tax or duties based on your country's import rules.
We cannot advise on the taxes or duties that may apply in your country. Your parcel forwarding company may provide a duty and tax calculator to help estimate these costs before you order.
International shipping cost
You'll pay Birchbury's normal UK delivery charge when we ship your order to your UK forwarding address.
Your parcel forwarding company will then charge separately for shipping your order internationally. Their charges vary depending on your destination, shipping speed and any applicable customs fees.
Can I return my shoes?
Yes, but if you're ordering from outside the UK using a forwarding service, you'll be responsible for the cost of returning the shoes.

Is the UK website different from the US website?
Yes. Birchbury.co.uk and the US Birchbury.com website have different stock, sizes and colour availability. If you're ordering through Birchbury.co.uk using a UK parcel forwarding service, you'll be purchasing from our UK stock.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. You can login to your account to check your order status:
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
